A good attorney can provide you with your best shot at success. While another attorney can become an expensive waste of time. This is my personal opinion. Nonetheless, I always recommend checking with an attorney.
- Litigation is usually a journey, not an event. There are ups and downs, everything is a calculated risk, outcomes are not guaranteed, and even the best attorney can lose. "It depends", which is a common answer to any legal question.
- I believe litigation requires hard work, experience, and the ability to put it together. I feel the ability to litigate is not taught in a classroom.
