The Legal System is a fabulous tool, but every case has its own identity, in the end, it is there to provide truth and justice.
Attorneys are bound by moral and ethical obligations
An attorney must never lie or mislead anyone, must always be fair, and must avoid representing a client if there is a conflict of interest. Attorneys must, at the same time, have an undivided loyalty to a client regardless of the peril they may endure performing this inviolate obligation. California has a professional code of conduct, administrated by the California State Bar. California also has codified a number of statutory laws that govern the behavior of attorneys. If an attorney fails to comply with this standard, he is in the wrong profession!
